changing my Lifestyle

Hi everyone,
Well I am back I had some family situations to take care of.I am very sad I missed the pink Thursday and the real Monday.I have also loved the real post and pictures there great.Thank you to every one for there prayer request I want to continue doing that on Fridays.
Does any one have any real good low fat recipies that they would want to share with me.
I have started back on my walking I don't want to say the four letter word diet I want it to be a new life style I walked for 20 minutes today and I will do my easy shape up this evening.
Please hold me accountable to it ask me if I walked or if I ate healthy today. I know that will help me to stay in track I also know I will have bad days we always do right.?

    Okay babe-what did you eat healthy for breakfast today? I struggle with breakfasts. We end up eating bad stuff like egg mcmuffins (homemade). Not exactly healthy stuff.

  2. mamabear,I am so bad at breakfast because I hardley ever eat it.eggs bacon all that stuff really grosses me out.But put on a good bagel and doughnut and I am all over it so I try to stay away from it.
