help me




I STAYED UP UNTIL 3:00 A.M. trying to figure out how to make my own back ground on my blog i used the tiny pic site and I still did not understand it.I am so computer idiot I don't understand what all the computer language is saying heeeeeeeeellllllllllllppppppppp
